Recruited by the Office of the U.S. Secretary of State to implement a “turn-key” Royal Saudi Naval Forces Information Services Department and lead a training program as part of a $370M program involving 700 persons from 15 countries.  Consulted to the commander of RSNF Operations and U.S. Military Leaders on the application of emerging training methodologies in national programs.  Authored five year training plan for all RSNF operations.

 

  • Implemented country-wide RSNF computer operations consisting of five core data centers.

  • Consulted to the commander of RSNF Operations and U.S. Military Leaders on the application of emerging  methodologies in Saudi national I/S training programs.

  • Instituted an organization architecture that employed EDI to optimize supply and logistics for the RSNF Navy Supply Center
