The Cosmos changes continually because of the energy that drives its behavior. Human beings are similar. They also employ personal energy to ignite and fuel their behaviors. Coaching can assist clients with mastering this aspect of their lives to ensure that they spend their energy on the behaviors that make a positive difference to their lives. Often people fail at this and seek assistance. Believe it or not, an experienced Coach can save the day by assisting clients with developing the personal foresight required to place their lives on the energy saving path. —Ray Newkirk

Coaching Success (CS)

“Coaching Success”, ah yes, this is the goal for every coach and client or team out there. Get the job done. Get past the sticking point. Identify the problem and overcome it. Become all you can be. Master your destiny. Grow, Transform, and Master your hidden potential. Unleash your greatness. And all the other slogans out there really do Professional Coaching an unfortunate disservice. Although serious Coaching can deliver these kind of results, they are not actually the primary goal of a coaching relationship between coach and client.

Coaching is more about the insight business. It is about gaining deep insight about oneself and learning what to do with this insight to better engage in “self-care” in a more positive way that perhaps contributes to the client’s relationships in a positive way that is enriching and also fulfilling. Coaching is about realizing one’s personal power to do the right thing at the right time in the right way that makes things right in one’s life and the life of others.  Coaching expands the capacity to see more clearly oneself and one’s goals and perhaps how to achieve those goals by acting in a strategically informed manner using a personal perspective.  —Ray Newkirk

Every Coach I have ever met wants to assist their clients as far as possible with achieving their goals. Clients can only succeed when they accept that coaching is a team activity in which the client and the coach form the team. Unlike the coach, clients have to remind themselves that the coaching team is unlike the many other teams the client has formed with other people.

In Coaching, balance really matters. If you get off balance, you get off target. This is not a sign of progress. —RLN
