The NCCCP™ Core Education Program for Coaching Professionals™ (CEPCP™)

CEPCP is a  three part program designed to build a  noteworthy foundation in the most relevant knowledge areas, skills, and practices of professional coaching. The    CEPCP complements the NCCCP certification programs by covering the entire 360° environment of coaching   from  its  three fundamental perspectives: (1) client,  (2) coach, and (3) profession. The CEPCP explores in-depth the coaching profession and what you need to know and do to become a proficient Coaching Specialist who successfully assists clients.

Each part of the CEPCP program consists of a series of short and powerful  seminars and learning modules selected from our repository of Knowledge Areas. Each seminar consists of four modules.

Part One focuses on the coaching profession. It explores the nature of the coaching process, its competencies, skills, activities, values, descriptions and terms, psychological models, strategies, and rationales.

Part Two focuses on the client. It  examines the skills that clients must master to achieve High-Impact Performance. This Part explores the critical soft-skills so necessary to client success, including relationships, communications, problem resolutions, and enabling skills.

Part Three focuses on the coach. It examines the skills that coaches must master to become a High-Impact Coach. This Part explores the critical soft-skills so necessary for your success, including listening, focusing, reasoning, balancing, evaluating, decision making, leading, influencing, guiding, clarifying, understanding, transforming, and achieving great results for clients.

The CEPCP™ is the Coaches Remedy

The CEPCP includes 65 modules specially designed to achieve High-Impact Performance in coaching leaders and their teams. The power of our Program flows from its flexibility, integration, flow, and self-design capability. Although we offer standard course outlines, our coaching skills development program works best when you select your desired topics from our continually growing catalogue of education modules. In this way, you can self - design a program according to the characteristics of your specific requirements. We encourage you to design your own program to take ownership of your coaching career from day one with us. You will receive a certificate for each seminar that you complete. You are also free to request a special module in the event that you do not see the desired topic in the catalogue.

Our Self-Design Process

Please examine the following catalogue.  Customize your own skills development regimen by following our simple self-design process.  If you desire a one day seminar, select any four modules from the catalogue. If you prefer a two day event, select any eight modules.  For a three day event, select any twelve.  You can build your seminars as a one, two, or three day program. You can also schedule a program as a series of one day seminars over a specific duration of your own choosing.  Our seminar modules are so information-packed that you m ay even choose to build an entire one day seminar around any specific topic or track.  Our Program is flexible and evolutionary.  We designed it to accommodate your schedule and interest.
